Involving patients and the public in our research is vital for success. Your lived experiences give us valuable insights that traditional research misses out.

Your input in shaping research questions makes sure that they are relevant to real-world problems and priorities. It can also help us design studies which are feasible, acceptable and ethical, ensuring more people will take part and complete them.

At the end of the study, your insights in interpreting and sharing the results makes sure they are relevant and accessible to the communities they impact.

Ultimately, bringing scientists, patients and the public together brings better outcomes for all involved.
