Menopause in the workplace

The University website has a dedicated section about menopause in the workplace, containing information and guidance for staff and managers about providing support for those experiencing negative impacts of menopause in the workplace.

These pages include information about a Menopause Support Teams channel which is accessed by application and provides a supportive environment for people to share experiences and ask questions.

The People and Organisational Development team have short course Menopause at work (SSO required) which looks at the common symptoms and long-term effects of the menopause and sets out key steps for organisations to take in raising awareness and supporting staff.
