DASH Trial

The DASH Trial compared desmopressin to placebo for patients with intracerebral haemorrhage who were taking antiplatelet drugs. This feasibility trail recruited 54 patients across 10 UK hospitals. It demonstrated that it is possible to use desmopressin for intracerebral haemorrhage.
