We congratulate Professor Alastair Denniston, who co-leads NIHR Blood and Transplant Research Unit (BTRU) Theme 3 - Access and patient-reported outcomes within the BTRU in Precision Cellular Therapeutics, on his appointment as the new Director of the Birmingham Health Partners Centre for Regulatory Science and Innovation (BHP-CRSI) - reflecting his substantial experience in digital health and artificial intelligence!
BHP-CRSI was established in 2020 by Professor Melanie Calvert, the Lead for the Theme 3 of the BTRU Precision Cellular Therapeutics, aiming to unite the industry, regulatory bodies, academic institutions, healthcare sector and the public.
