Annual Leave
Most University employees will have 38 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays and any fixed days of closure (pro rata if part-time). For your specific entitlement please refer to your contract or contact your local personnel team. Taking your annual leave is very important, more information is available on the University website.
DISCOUNTS!
All staff are eligible to apply for a TOTUM card (previously NUS card). As a member of Oxford University, you can also access a number of discounts.
Environment and Culture
RDM has an Environment and Culture Working Group (EACWG) to support, encourage and augment positive cultural changes. The EACWG also aims to support, encourage and develop integration across the RDM Divisions.
