Building better workplace relationships and equipping people to manage conflict better.

MSD Mediation Service Banner

Mediation is a confidential, voluntary and informal process that supports you to talk issues through with your colleague(s) and impartial mediator/s to find a way forward. Mediation is a collaborative process and is not investigation, or arbitration or litigation. Mediation helps people find practical solutions that feel fair to everyone.

The Mediation Service is available to all members of staff and students in Medical Science Division who find themselves in conflict with another member of staff or student. The Mediators team are trained experts in helping people to communicate more effectively with each other. They will not judge, interrogate or tell people what to do.
