MSc
Image Analyst
My role as an Image Analyst in OCMR Core lab is to carry out manual cardiac image processing, as well as contribute to training new clinical and research fellows in cardiac MRI analysis and help in developing Core lab standard operating procedures. My main research topic is creation of cardiovascular magnetic reference standard for the UK Biobank imaging resource. It involves collaboration with researchers from William Harvey Research Institute at Queen Mary University of London, delivering analysis of nearly 5000 cardiac MRI scans. I have more than 15 years' experience in cardiac MRI post-processing.
