Academic Clinical Fellow

I'm an academic clinical fellow in diabetes & endocrinology with an interest in the effect of oestrogen on the development of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).

After graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2020 I undertook an academic foundation post in North-West London, followed by internal medicine training in Cardiff, before starting an academic clinical fellowship in Oxford in 2023.

The effects of menopausal hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on the liver are poorly understood and I'm currently conducting a pilot study assessing the impact of HRT on the development of MASLD in postmenopausal women.
